A brief look at us:

As our name suggests, AuraDent Aligner Center Östermalm focuses heavily on orthodontics, particularly Invisalign. In a short period, we have become a leading Invisalign provider, offering treatments using the Comprehensive system to ensure our patients receive the best possible care and results.

Our clinic is located in a charming turn-of-the-century building featuring two airy treatment rooms with high ceilings and stucco details. Our team consists of two general dentists, an orthodontist, a dental hygienist/assistant, and a receptionist.

We are now looking for an additional dental assistant to join our wonderful team. Become part of us and come along on a fun and developmental adventure!

Who are we looking for and what can we offer you?

We are looking for someone with a burning interest in aligners, service, and a diverse patient clientele, who wishes to grow within the field. Previous experience working with an aligner system is a merit. At our clinic, competence development is a crucial part of our operations for all team members. Therefore, we expect you to be comfortable working in a delegated capacity alongside your colleagues and involving them in daily patient interactions.

Your own professional development is highly prioritized, with opportunities for ongoing courses and certifications. It is important to us that every employee has a voice, that their ideas are heard, and that they feel included. The patient experience is A & O for us, and we always strive to provide the extra care that patients often miss with other dental providers. For this reason, we look for someone who is highly service-oriented, humble, and empathetic.

As a growing business in a development phase, there is room for you to influence and participate in the development of our operations. As a dental assistant, we expect you to be self-sufficient, responsible, and confident in your dental role.

In addition to the above skills, we also look for:

• A Swedish dental assistant degree
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Previous experience in aesthetic dentistry (merit)
• Previous experience with aligners (merit)

Employment type and start date

We offer a full-time position (100%). We are currently conducting the selection process, and appointments will be made upon agreement.
